Annual Sponsorship Levels
have 5 levels of Sponsorship that apply from November 2011 through October 2012.

Platinum - $1,000
  1. Company name on the Annual Sponsor Banner at each meeting
  2. Company and your employees present verbally recognized at each meeting
  3. 8 regular meeting dinner vouchers to use or give to your clients to use
  4. Company name on the website rolling banner and a link to your website from ours
  5. *1 free marketing meeting night
     a. You will be allowed to give out your marketing materials
     b. May speak briefly (5 minutes) to the group about your company and services
  6. One free booth at the St. Louis Claims Annual Golf Outing

Gold - $750
  1. Company name on the Annual Sponsor Banner at each meeting
  2. Company and your employees present recognized at each meeting
  3. 4 regular meeting dinner vouchers to use or give to your clients to use
  4. Company name on website rolling banner and a link to your website from ours
  5. One free booth at the St. Louis Claims Annual Golf Outing

Silver - $500
  1. Company name on the Annual Sponsor Banner at each meeting
  2. Company and your employees present recognized at each meeting
  3. 2 regular meeting dinner vouchers to use or give to your clients to use
  4. Company name on website rolling banner and a link to your website from ours

Bronze - $350
  1. Company and your employees present recognized at each meeting
  2. Company name on website rolling banner

Meeting Happy Hour Sponsor- $250
  1. There will be 5 opportunities available for this sponsorship level from November through April. The first 5 parties interested will be accepted

We will be accepting special and general sponsorships for the annual golf outing and those amounts will be set and published by the Golf Committee.

* For Platinum Level Sponsors: The free marketing meeting night assignments will be based on a first come first served basis; assigned only by the First Vice-President of the Association who is responsible for sponsorships. We do not intend to split these nights between companies so there are only 6 spots available, November 2011, February 2012, March 2012, April 2012, September 2012 and October 2012.
